Partial Refunds & Special Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. In cases where you've completed part of a course or attended some workshop sessions, we may offer partial refunds based on your specific situation. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as completion percentage, time elapsed, and individual circumstances like medical emergencies or job loss.

For bundled packages or multi-course purchases, refunds can be calculated based on the individual components you haven't accessed. If you've completed one course in a three-course bundle, for example, you may be eligible for a partial refund covering the unused portions. We aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.

Important Refund Information

Please note that refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds are usually immediate but can take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to accommodate refund requests whenever possible, certain items are non-refundable by their nature. Personalized financial assessments that have been completed and delivered cannot be refunded, as the work has been specifically created for your situation. Similarly, printed materials that have been shipped to your address are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift certificates and promotional credits are also non-refundable, though they can typically be transferred to another person or saved for future use. If you've received course materials at a significant discount through a promotional code, special terms may apply to refund requests.
